Safety at PitchWar

What's not allowed

Do not use rooms or pitches for threats, scams, hate, harassment, child-sexual content, intimate-image abuse, terrorist content, encouragement of serious self-harm, or dumping private information about real people. The full list is in the Terms.

We do not pre-check every pitch. If we become aware of illegal content, we can remove or restrict it.

Report something

If you see something that should not be on PitchWar, report it. You do not need a permanent account, and you do not need to name a criminal offence. Safety enquiries: support@pitchwar.co.uk.

Report a safety concern

What happens after a report

We aim to review safety reports promptly. We may ask for more context, remove or restrict content, restrict a player or room, or escalate where the law requires it. We will not pretend that every report gets a public investigation update.

Complaints about safety decisions

If you think we failed to act on illegal content, removed the wrong content, or restricted a player or room unfairly, contact us via Contact or mention it in a report. Explain the room code and what you want reviewed.

Emergency

PitchWar support is not an emergency service. If someone is in immediate danger, contact the emergency services in your country.
