Help
Contact PitchWar
Email is enough. You do not need an account, and we do not use contact for marketing.
Write to support@pitchwar.co.uk. You can copy that address and paste it into any mail app.
Privacy enquiries: support@pitchwar.co.uk. Safety enquiries: support@pitchwar.co.uk.
What to include
For payments, include the product (Game Night or Weekend War) and the date. Do not send card numbers. For a room issue, include the room code if you have it. For safety, /report is usually better than email because it keeps a structured record.
